Welcome to my blog which is a way to keep constituents connected to local and state happenings. It's also a way to comment cordially and constructively on what's happening 'behind the curtain' on Beacon Hill. You can expect posts on what my staff and I do throughout the district, what's going on in the legislature, and the achievements of 2nd Essex citizens. I’ll respond to your comments as soon as I can!

Groveland Day
I hope to see you all at Groveland Day next Saturday! I'll be joining in the festivities as well as conducting formal office hours from 10:00 A.M. until noon.
I'm Christine Geiger, the chaplain of Troop 87 in Groveland. We are conducting a moment of silence with the police, fire, and town departments at 8:30am in front of Town Hall prior to the kickoff of Groveland Day.
We would love if you could attend -- we realize it is earlier than the actual start of G'day, so if your schedule does not allow, we understand. but we wanted to invite you.

Hi Christine,
ReplyDeleteRep. Stanley was happy to participate in Troop 87's moment of silence in recognition of Sept. 11th yesterday at Groveland Day.
